We use the UK Government's official open planning data from planning.data.gov.uk. It covers planning applications across England.
How quickly will I be alerted?
We check for new applications twice daily. You'll typically be notified within 24 hours of a new application appearing in the government database.
What's the difference between the plans?
Lifetime gives you basic alerts forever for a one-off payment. Standard lets you choose your search radius. Business monitors up to 3 postcodes with a 5-mile radius and includes a weekly summary digest.
Can I change my postcode or search radius?
Yes, you can update your postcode from your dashboard at any time. Standard plan users can also adjust their search radius.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by clicking unsubscribe in any alert email. There's no contract or cancellation fee. Lifetime plan users never need to cancel.
What information is included in each alert?
Each alert includes the application reference number, full description, council name, decision date (if available), and entry date.
